NFDI-MatWerk Community¶
What is NFDI-MatWerk?¶
NFDI-MatWerk is the National Research Data Infrastructure for Materials Science and Engineering in Germany. It is part of the broader NFDI initiative funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG).
The consortium brings together universities, research institutes, and industry partners to build a shared, FAIR data infrastructure for materials science.

FAIR data principles¶
MatWerk promotes FAIR data — Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable. Publishing via Zenodo with proper metadata and an ORCID directly supports all four principles.
